14 Juniper is the showpiece of the lane — a luxurious beachfront home in South Forest Beach where the main floor's cathedral ceilings, massive overhead beams, and wide wood floors give way to collapsible glass walls that open the entire living area to the ocean. The vast great room flows seamlessly onto the pool, sun-kissed deck, and a private path straight to the beach.

Six bedrooms — all en-suite, plus a half bath — sleep up to fourteen across three levels, including a four-bunk room the kids will fight over and two upper-level primary suites with soaking tubs, double vanities, and private deck access. A mezzanine lounge with a wet bar and a ground-level bar with wine fridges keep the grown-ups happy.

At the heart of it all is a chef's kitchen with professional-grade appliances — gas range, double oven, extra-large double fridge — and dining for eighteen across indoor and outdoor spaces.
